The staff is phenomenal. We've been coming here for about 3 years now. The complimentary breakfast, it is no good. Should really spend a little bit more money on breakfast. I wouldn't even care if the rooms cost a little bit more. For a good breakfast it's something that we really plan on. And the only good thing is the Waffle. You make yourself.
Rooms are nice and clean. The place is right in the middle of the neighborhood but, the freeway is right there.
I stayed last weekend with the family and it was very enjoyable. We loved breakfast and the pool. Stephanie at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming while walking to breakfast. My kids and I were going to the pool and before we could even ask Stephanie walked us into the pool area with fresh towels. Above and beyond great staff. We will be back!
The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved the air conditioning. The bathroom was very clean but was showing its age and needed some updates. I might have given 3 stars, but the staff members were so fabulous, they earned an extra star. We only stayed one night. By the time we returned from the graduation, it was after 10 pm and the pool was closed. We were checking out at 11 am but the pool didn't open until 10 am. We thought we were going to miss out on our swim time, but they opened it at 8 am just for us. We got in a nice hour swim in that fabulous pool and even a short soak in the hot tub before heading out for the delicious breakfast and still had plenty of time to change and pack up before 11. What a great experience!
Had seen some iffy reviews of this place and was very pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-organized it was. The furniture may not be fancy, but it was very comfortable -- especially if you like soft beds -- and roomy enough in a double king room. And there were no slamming doors! Great. (No matter what they tell you on the phone, breakfast seems only to go until 9AM.)
Love staying here every time I come to town. Clean rooms, great service. And location is near the mall and shopping, yet its quiet!
Shawna at the front desk was amazing staff was super friendly and breakfast was awesome the pool was clean and nice and the sauna was great
We visit the Portland area a lot. This hotel is a great place to stay. It’s easy to get to. Quiet. The rooms used to be less than desirable, but they have recently been doing some remodeling which is improving the quality of the stay. But we still stayed there when the rooms were not as nice because it is so easy to get to and out from.
